| | Almost nine years after the release of A View From The Terraces, Delirious? find themselves on the eve of an equally exciting venture. At the beginning of June 2006 the band left the UK for Chicago, and the renowned Willow Creek church. There, among 5000 people the five piece did what they do best - create an atmosphere that draws in the crowds and points their eyes and hearts to God.
Things have evolved significantly for Delirious? Back in 1997 the band were a blend of future hopes and second guesses about where they might end up. Years on, and Delirious? find themselves as one of the flag wavers for worship applied to a variety of settings - evangelistic, prophetic, corporate.
According to Martin Smith, the timing of the release is significant:
'Over the last two albums we've been singing a lot about going out, about letting our faith act as the fuel for service and mission. We love hearing about people who are finding themselves similarly inspired, and we hope that this live recording will help spread the message even further, encouraging an army of history makers to live life out loud.'
